Operating since 2010, Goodlife Catering is a family business founded by Jamaal and Tina that has catered to thousands of happy customers. Private, corporate, work and community, Goodlife can cater for all occasions & events. If it’s food we can do it, with a range of finger food, buffet and barbecue menus, as well as a large range of fresh platters, delicious sweets and individual catering boxes to suit any occasion. Our family and our staff genuinely love what we do, getting happy food on your plate so you can enjoy ‘forkin good food!
We Cater For Any Occasion
Goodlife cater for weddings, engagements, birthdays, funerals, meetings, school or work functions, we can provide quality catering at a affordable price so contact our friendly team to discuss your catering requirements. Just need a few finger foods. platters or sweets? Don’t need staff? Not a problem, we’ll take the hassle out of catering and sort out what the best option is for you.
Staff & Equipment Hire
Have a hassle free night and hire a staff member to cook and serve for 3 hours. One staff can cater for 50 – 55 guests. If you have more guests you can hire extra staff, or we can work with your friend or family member to assist us for at least two hours. Our staff will bring serving trays, napkins, foil oven trays and a small fryer – all we require is a good working oven. A travel fee may apply if you are outside our zone, also deliveries will incur a fee, so please enquire.
Please be aware that we only use quality staff, and sometimes due to a lack of availability we sometimes have difficulty fulfilling requirements. If we cannot assist you with staff hire we recommend a catering staff agency called “Sidekicker” or you can source staff from “Airtasker”. Uber or Go People are also good options for deliveries.
Monday – Saturday $195.00 / SUNDAY – $225.00
Fees & Charges
- Staff do not bring food with them. A fee applies if you would like your package delivered from $35.00.
- A travel fee may also apply if you are outside our service area.
- A parking fee will apply within areas that do not offer free carpark. Generally, city and inner-city locations. A minimum parking fee of $35.00 will be applied to the cost.
- Some packages may require 4 hours service. An extra $50 per person will apply for 4-hour functions
- A minimum of $575.00 must be spent on food to hire a staff member. We only hire staff out for our food packages only. We do not offer staff if you design your own menu.
- If you would like to swap items a fee of $15 per item will apply as well as the price difference between the items.
What You Need To Supply If You Hire Staff:
- SAUCES – Due to the variety of packages and the individual personal request we ask customers to provide their own sauce. If you would like us to provide sauces just let us know. A fee from $15.00 to $40.00 depending on the package will apply.
- OVEN – We require an oven to heat the food. If you have do not have access to one just let us know.
- SPACE / WATER / POWER – We require ample space free of guests so we can cook / serve. As we use ovens and a small deep fryer, we ask that guests do not enter the immediate area that we work from.
Equipment and additional Hire Services
D.I.Y Pack – $65.00
D.I.Y options may be a great alternative to hiring staff. Almost all finger foods can be easily heated in the oven. All packages can be self catered. All foods have heating instructions that are easy to follow. You can hire mini ovens and mini fryers to assist.

Outsourced Staff
At times due to the unavailabilty of our own staff we may not be able to offer sufficient or any staff to cater for your event. Further, we may not be able to offer deliveries. If this situation arises we reccomend the following services to assist.
